Atika is a seasoned expert in climate and energy policy, project and programme management and stakeholder management with over than 15 years of experience. Her extensive background in international development, government, and non-profit sectors showcases her strong commitment to advancing sustainable climate solutions and climate finance.



As a graduate of the Institute of Development Studies (University of Sussex), she has held prominent roles in various organizations, including the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office at the British Embassy in Jakarta. As a Senior Energy Adviser, she played a pivotal role in advancing the UK-Indonesia Low Carbon Energy (MENTARI) Programme. Atika's efforts have been instrumental in influencing renewable energy policies, developing off-grid solar projects, and fostering international collaborations for a sustainable energy future.



Previously, as a Senior Trade & Investment Manager at the British Embassy, Atika led initiatives to promote renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, and smart city solutions in Indonesia. Her work involved managing relationships with key stakeholders to support the implementation of green finance strategies and attract private investment in the renewable energy sector. Atika's tenure at the Agence Française de Développement saw her managing multimillion-dollar energy and infrastructure projects, further solidifying her expertise in energy financing and policy advocacy.



Atika's linguistic proficiency in English, French, and Indonesian. Her dedication to gender equality, inclusive growth, and poverty reduction, underscores her holistic approach to sustainable development. At Climate Bonds, she is responsible for the development of Green Taxonomy for Senegal and Ghana.
