Rebecca Berridge

Rebecca is a Law graduate who has spent over two decades helping both commercial and not-for-profit organisations to establish, embed and lead their people and talent strategies. She strongly believes people are at the heart of any organisation and is a huge advocate of effective workforce planning and resource management, alongside learning and dvelopment, to ensure that teams are fit for purpose and future-proof and indivduals can thrive and grow in a mutually rewarding environment. 



She partially enjoys operating at a global level and is passionate about partnering the organisation and coaching individuals to enable CBI to drive its mission. A huge champion of diversity and equality she is committed to providing people practices that are fully inclusive, recognising the value that different perspectives and backgrounds bring to an organisation.
