Professional Bio
Sala is an Associate Analyst on the Japan team, having joined CBI in September 2024 as a secondee. Her role involves supporting the programme’s work through research of current trends in policy, market development and key bond issuances, with a specific focus on the market in Japan. Previous experience includes working for an asset manager and a global strategic design consultancy. She has a degree in International Business from The University of Edinburgh and is based in Tokyo, Japan.
